Charlie was elected to represent Oundle ward on North Northamptonshire Council in the February 2022 by-election, following the resignation of an incumbent Councillor.
With the Lib Dem team, Charlie overturned a Conservative majority to become the only Liberal Democrat to represent Oundle.
On North Northamptonshire Council, Charlie is a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and sits in the Green Alliance group.
